EasyStaff Payroll charges a maximum mark-up of 5% over the total wage costs for its services. Payrolling is thus initially slightly more expensive than if you were to employ the staff member yourself.
If you compare our rates with your actual salary costs, however, payroll is 3.5% to 5% cheaper in practice than employing somebody yourself.

When your staff members are ill, you are obliged under the Permanent Incapacity Benefit (Restrictions) Act to continue paying their salary. On an annual basis, this can, in some sectors, amount to more than 5%. When you use payrolling, this obligation to pay ceases immediately and EasyStaff assumes this obligation for you.
You no longer have to take out an expensive sick leave insurance and you no longer have any health and safety costs.
You can immediately terminate your collaboration with a staff member. You no longer have to wait until the end of the validity of the work contract.
You no longer have to pay costs for salary administration.
You no longer have to comply with an expensive CAO, which obliges you to join an expensive pension plan and make deposits into sectoral pension funds.
A discount on this mark up can be offered, based on a structural collaboration and a certain volume.
