Before you start your assignment, you should submit a number of documents to EasyStaff Payroll.
A registration with EasyStaff is very easy. Once a number of details about you are known to us, you can get to work immediately.
The details that we need are:
Once your registration has been properly received, a flexible contract is drawn up which states that you enter the employ of EasyStaff Payroll Services, but carry out activities for your client. Our agreement gives you the best possible flexibility and also gives you the possibility of working for several clients. You can at any time decide to change the way you handle your administration; no costs are charged for this.
Thanks to the payment of national insurance contributions, you are insured for the Sickness Benefits Act, the Unemployment Insurance Act and the Work and Income (Capacity for Work) Act. If the hirer agrees to the general terms and conditions, you are indemnified for liability as long as there is no intent or gross negligence.
In principle all work-related expenses are compensated and also the travel costs on public transport. These expenses can be reimbursed either net or gross, depending on the expenses. In the event of net expenses, we require the original receipts. For commuting to and from work, there is currently a maximum net compensation of 0.19 euro per kilometre. If there is a normal balance between expenses and the salary, no mark-up is charged on expenses.
You can submit expenses using the customary expenses claim form.
A reservation is automatically accrued from your fees for holiday pay and days off. You can use this for the continued payment of salary during holidays, but you can also choose to have the reservation paid out immediately.
In addition to the basic premium for your healthcare insurance, you pay a statutory income-dependent contribution of 7.05% of the gross wage (up to a maximum of 33,189 euro). This levy is compensated by Easystaff.

In general, use is made of a flexible employment contract with temporary employment clause. In this way, you have the greatest possible flexibility and you can, at any moment, end the collaboration without any obligation.
You have the right to build up a pension if you work 26 hours a week. This pension is handled by the STIPP www.stipp.nl.
It is also possible to make a deposit in a personal pension provision.
Every Thursday, Easystaff processes and pays all the statements it has received. When the money actually appears on your account depends on your own bank.
If you have a client located abroad, for whom you carry out activities in the Netherlands, EasyStaff can process your salary in line with Dutch labour law without any problem. EasyStaff can also invoice a foreign organisation. If you actually go and work abroad, very strict rules apply if you want to pay national insurance and tax in the Netherlands. Since this varies per country, we would be pleased to provide the information that is applicable in your circumstances.
