Procedure

Below you will find the working method, point by point.

  • EasyStaff acts as formal employer of the temp or secondment employee who you recruit and select yourself. For this, a contract is drawn up which states that the employee is on the ‘payroll’ of EasyStaff, but carries out work for your temporary employment agency or for your clients.
  • EasyStaff takes care of all payroll administration processes, without interfering in your activities or with the level of the salary.
  • EasyStaff takes care of notifying the insurer and industrial insurance board, ensures both the correct payment of social contributions and income tax and timely and immaculate payment to the employees.
  • Registering new employees and clients is exceptionally easy, once a number of documents have been completed, people can get straight to work!

Fast payment:
EasyStaff pays out the salaries weekly based on the hours claimed by your temps.

Invoicing and debtor management:
After we have remunerated the temps, there are two possibilities for invoicing: we invoice your temporary agency or we invoice your hirers directly based on the rates agreed by you. The difference between your commercial rate and our purchasing agreement is the mark up that you invoice to us. When we take care of invoicing your customers directly, we also look after the debtor management and we insure the debtors where possible.

Thanks to our BackOffice services, you can extend your service to your clients with various possibilities. You could think of acting as an intermediary for regular staff, freelancers, interims and self-employed without employees and offering payrolling.
