If your organisation wishes to supply employees to Belgian hirers in the building industry, you must be a recognised temporary employment agency in the building industry; this is compulsory by law. To gain this recognition in Belgium, you must follow a costly and laborious procedure, which includes depositing an amount of € 75,000.00 in the Social Fund for Temporary Employment Staff.
For many companies, this is such a major obstacle that they ignore the market in Belgium, despite the many favourable opportunities that the Belgian market currently offers. In response to a growing demand from various clients, we obtained this recognition last year.
At the moment, EasyStaff is the only payroller in the Netherlands that is entitled to supply temporary staff in the building industry on the Belgian market. For this service, you only pay a price that you would normally pay for a Dutch payroll construction, and for which we naturally assume all the administrative red tape including the Limosa and A1 (formerly E101) statements.
