What precisely is BackOffice services?
We can give a very short answer to that. When you outsource BackOffice services, you are only responsible for linking supply and demand, and from that moment onwards, EasyStaff Payroll Services will take over everything.

We look after:

  • Contract management between your clients and employees (these contracts can, if you like, be drawn up on your own stationery)
  • Financing of your commercial mark-up. In this way, you have a constant cash flow.
  • Insurance of your accounts receivable via credit insurer. If your client doesn’t pay, your turnover is guaranteed via the insurer.
  • Invoicing to your clients
  • Payment of salary to employees
  • Correct payment of all income tax and social insurance contributions
  • Indemnity against recipients’ liability. (NEN norm and G-account)
  • Answer to all technical questions your hirers may have.

Won’t I pay a much higher price for this than when I do everything myself?
The fees we charge are calculated using a so-called conversion factor over the gross salary. (in compliance with the stage system NBBU) The maximum mark-up we charge for our service is 5% On the basis of a certain volume, this percentage quickly drops. Based on our volume advantage, the conversion factor, including our mark up, which we apply is almost always lower than your own cost factor.

How can something be cheaper when I outsource it to an external party?
Since you outsource everything, you no longer have any liability, and this means a large number of cost savings. The costs you save, which means it is often more attractive to outsource the BackOffice service, are:

  • Sick leave insurances
  • Liability insurances
  • Account/salary administrator for processing the hours your employees have worked
  • Bankruptcy insurances for your accounts receivable
  • BackOffice system for the remuneration of your employees
  • No expensive certification process required because you handle this via an external party

In addition there are naturally quite a few other costs that are more readily expressed in time saving than in money, for example drawing up contracts and answering all the questions employees often have about their salaries.
